Oriental carpets
My patron for the oriental carpet commission requested that I research, design and prepare specifications for a collection of oriental carpets for his various residences. The knotting warp and weft was 320 knots per square inch and the weaving was undertaken in Kashmir. The approximate sizes were 6 x 4 metres.
